Down In My Lowest: A 25-Year-Old’s Midnight Cry
S

As a self-taught engineer, I've learned to solve real-world problems through hands-on experience. I don't just write code - I architect solutions that scale, secure APIs that protect data, and create interfaces that users love.

My approach is simple: understand the problem deeply, design the right solution, and build it with clean, maintainable code. Whether it's a RESTful API, a complex database schema, or a pixel-perfect frontend, I ensure every piece works together seamlessly.

This is the story of a developer, a founder, and a battle for breakthrough.

A Night of Zero

Today, I stared at my bank balance that read zero.
Rent is due next month. Christmas is in 20 days. My family looks up to me, while I look up to my Creator.

This isn’t a pity post.
This is a battle cry forged in the dark.

Right now, I’m sitting in a dark room, typing on a dying phone. I’m writing this because I need to remember this: the silence before the breakthrough.

One day, I’ll show this to my future children to remind them of the fire their father walked through at 25.

The Revelation: Tech Is Not Just Code

For some while, I believed tech was about tools, syntax, and architecture.

But the truth hit me harder this year:
Tech is a business.

Ideas aren’t enough.
Execution demands power, internet, equipment, and the peace of mind to build without interruption.

Some nights, my greatest battle isn’t the code~it’s the electricity. The data. The battery percentage dropping faster than my hope.

And yet… I still see the path.

This year alone, I have witnessed new software products being born to life and so many success stories of founders and creators like me

I know the same God who placed me in this season already sees the exit.

The Vision: Building RentalWave

Even in scarcity, the vision remains sharp.

I’m building RentalWave, a property marketplace tailored for the African real estate sector. A platform where developers and agents connect directly with buyers and renters. A solution built for the market, I understand, for the continent I love.

My limitation isn’t skill.
It’s infrastructure: reliable power and unlimited internet.

A solar setup and a stable wireless connection would completely transform my ability to build.

A Plea to the Universe~and to You

Lord, guide me. Direct me.
Let Your hands create through me.
Turn this darkness into testimony.

And to you reading this right now:

  • Thank You

Your time is a blessing. God bless you for being here.

  • To Fellow My Engineers

If you believe in RentalWave and want to build something powerful for Africa, reach out.
Let’s create an impactful marketplace together.

  • To Supporters & Future Users

Follow the journey. Engage with the progress.
    Your belief is oxygen.

  • To Anyone With an Opportunity

I am a passionate, relentless software engineer.
If you have a job, contract, or project—I will deliver with dedication and leave you in awe.

I know this is not the end.
This is the valley before the climb.
And I will build my way out.
